The health and safety of our customers, staffs and partners is our top priority.
We have implemented the following measures to prevent the spread of the infection.

1) Hand Sanitization
We have installed disinfectants and ensure to disinfect our hands.
2) Wearing Mask
For your safety and public health, we wear masks.
3) Ventilation
We ventilate the building as much as possible before and after hours of operation. We will also provide ventilation during business hours as needed. There are still some cold days, but we would like to thank you for your understanding.
4) Tables Distancing
We have reduced the number of tables in the restaurant for 2m+ spaces between tables.
5) Shop Disinfection
In addition to the usual cleaning, we are wiping down doorknobs and handrails with disinfectant multiple times a day for the time being.
6) Paper Oshibori Towel in Individual Packaging
We have stopped using hand towels and are now giving out individually wrapped paper hand towels at the beggining of dining.
7) Daily Temperature Check
In addition to the cooking staffs, our service staffs also measure and check body temperature and health condition every day to make sure that there is no anxiety about the health of our guests.
1) Health Condition Check
If you are not feeling well, having a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher or cough, please refrain from visiting.
2) Contact Information (in Case of No Reservation)
Customers who come directly to the restaurant without a reservation will be asked for a written consent to prevent the spread of infection upon entering. Please fill the agreement with the name and contact information of the representative. In case of an emergency, we may contact the representative customer who has visited us on theday (e.g. in case of positive reaction occurance etc.).
3) Temperature Check
All guests are required to have their body temperature measured on their forehead upon entering . Guests with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher are not allowed to enter the building in accordance with the prefectural guidelines.
4) Wearing Mask
Please wear a mask when you enter the building. We also ask you to keep wearing a mask unless you are seated at a table.
To children younger than 3 years old, parent can descide and responsible for the use of masks.

Being aware of that the CDC threshhold age is 2 years old, we set it as 3, due to considerations of individual differences in the development of children.
5) Hand Washing, Sanitization and Gargling
Washing hands and gargling when entering the building. Please disinfect your hands with the disinfectant solution provided in the museum.
6) Density Avoidance
In order to limit the number of people in a room, we may ask to wait or to change your seats arrangement.
